It has very cordial and nice personnel from check-in to breakfast to check-out. The hotel has a very central location right on the main pedestrian zone that extends from the Stephensplatz to the luxury boutiques that surround the pension's doors.

Perfect and best possible location close to the centre of the shopping, the center of the city and tourist attractions, I felt safe.
